Failure to cancel the reservation will result in the operator being charged all applicable fees. Request for services will be subject to the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) rates. The Clark County Department of Aviation makes no determination of landing rights. Determination of staff availability to perform services is at the discretion of CBP.
